South T Bar Ranch Property Owner's Association Picnic!


While camping on their property, the Wendts have seen turkey, deer, and even a bear!
The very day they closed, they heard a strange sound.
Upon closer investigation they came across this newborn fawn!



Jerry & I are so very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet The Wendts!
We are privileged to have had a small part in seeing this beautiful family attain a lifelong dream!
